Booking And Service Policy

At Gang studio, We value structure, respect for time and accountability.To ensure fairness and smooth operations for all members and refers, the following booking policy applies to all studio reservations

Deposits & Booking Requirements 

All bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation.

Deposits are mandatory to secure your date and time

No dates are held without a deposit

Deposit goes towards your total booking cost unless stated otherwise

All deposits are non-refundable

Once a payment or policy is submitted it confirms your agreement to our policy and procedure 

No refunds will be issued for cancellation, no-shows,or failure to arrive on time

Rescheduling Policy 

Clients may reschedule their booking (1) time only,provided the request is made 10 days prior to original date 

Rescheduling booking must be used with studio availability.

Request made less than 7 days before the booking date will result in forfeiture of the deposit

Late Changes & No shows

Cancellations or rescheduling request made within 7 days of the booking date are not eliguble for transfer or credit

if you book within 7 days of your booking date you are only allowed to change the time of day in that same booking date if the time is available 

no shows automatically forfeit their deposit and booking 

By submitting a deposit and booking withGang studio rather peerspace, Gangstudio web site or by phone payment  , You acknowledge that you have read , understood and agreed to this policy in full
